Mr. Barrow is a transaction lawyer with a concentration in representing entrepreneurs in corporate, partnership, real estate and other business related matters. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa in 1969 and an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Oklahoma in 1967.
He is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association and previously served on its board of directors. He is a member of other professional organizations including the Oklahoma Bar Association (Business and Tax Sections), the American Bar Association (Business Law Section, Probate and Property Section committees: Business Investment Entities, Partnerships, LLC's and Corporations, Asset Protection Planning), the Oklahoma Bar Foundation, and the Tulsa County Bar Foundation. Mr. Barrow also has served on the Interstate Oil Compact Commission and on the Oklahoma Board of Corrections.
Mr. Barrow's participation with civic and educational organizations include: Past director of National Conference of Community and Justice; board of directors trustee for the Boston Avenue Methodist Church, as well as the church's Board of Lay Teaching Committee; and advisory director to the University of Oklahoma - Tulsa.
